Rapala6 1/2 Fisherman's Pliers

Great length to get hooks out! Easy to use with nice grips. Seem durable and a great value! We have used multiple times and these performed well! Recommend for when you have little kids out fishing! A family must have!

My daughter "borrowed" my needle nose pliers out of my tackle box, that I had used for years. I ordered these to replace them, hey it is a step up! I really like these special pliers, they work great and seem easier to use than the old needle nosed ones.

These are a great pair of pliers for the boat. They perform the job needed great. They will absolutely rust in my experience in about 6 months but they do not rust to bad and will work just fine through the rust. These will last for a long time because the rust doesn't really affect anything. I personally replace them with a new pair of Rapala pliers about once a year.

So many things come in a blister pack that requires a knife or heavy-duty scissors to open. The Rapala packaging is brilliant, perforated and with a pull-tab to open it.The pliers themselves will serve well for cutting line, crimping sinkers, and extracting hooks from anything of moderate size. Maybe not a large northern pike, but if you're going for a record-breaker, you probably got a larger tool anyway. My son has this at summer camp now, so I may update this with his experience actually using it.

These were an essential item for my first fishing trip tool kit, and I am so very thankful that we had them. For those are little squish, I will not share a picture, but I will tell you that my partner was able to effectively remove hooks that were swallowed by some of the bigger fish that we caught with a little to no damage to the fish. As I’m new to fishing space, I do not know if all of these accomplish that well but these fit the bill I highly recommend! Get these and get a net!
