A friend from zumba recommended this gel..gave it a shot..I have bought a few already..with eating green juices..cutting soda etc not eating late..intermediate diet..hashelped me..everytime I go for a small run/walk or youtube videos at home i put this gel on with a plastic glove(i reuse glove numerous of times..dont worry lol)i rub it on my stomach arms low back in circular clockwise motion..it burns for a while..I don't mind it..helps me sweat..has helped me with the bloating...so glad I have included this gel as part of my lifestyle..will continue to buy...thanks..do recommend..

The product did not meet my expectations, when applied it does not have a hot gel effect

It burned my skin. I teied it twice both times it felt like I was on fire and had to run back into the shower and then lather myself in aloe vera lotion.

Not what I expected didn’t do any thing for me

I would strongly recommended that cream , for three days using I already see some changes, but went I apply I wear sweating pant and I go to the gym and it's works

Good product, with or without workout. Is much better when you workout with it.

This cream really burnt my skin like I applied it to my belly area and my thighs and it felt like my skin was on fire I would never order this product again not good for my skin it literally felt like my skin was on fire.....
