Good card but here is a fix that worked for me if Windows 10 won't recognize it
I purchased this card as my internal USB 3 socket broke. I dual boot my system, both Windows Enterprise and Windows 10. Windows 10 would not work for USB 3. The drivers sent did now work either. But when I booted into Windows Enterprise it worked fine. Here is how I fixed it. Maybe it can help someone else.Go to control panel, system, hardware. I deleted all the driver entries for PCI and PCI USB. Did a manual reboot (i.e. turned off electrical for cold boot) restated and let Windows find new drivers. Fixed problem.Also don't do this unless you understand control panel and how to deal with driver issues.Thank you

PCI-E Internal USB Card
I built a PC several years ago with a case that has 2 USB 3.0 ports on the front. The motherboard did not have USB 3.0 headers so those ports couldn't be used. It dawned on me that there should be an expansion card with these headers so I ran a search. I found this card for an acceptable price. I installed the expansion card and hooked up my USB ports so I could finally use them. I haven't run a speed test on the ports but I expect them to perform well. I'll try to speed test them and update my review.UPDATE: This expansion card seems to have stopped working all together. My ports no longer have power on them, neither a keyboard nor a flash drive would light up and operate when plugged into the USB ports I plugged into this card. Buy something else.UPDATE 2: I tried a different 20 pin to USB 3.0 adapter, it does not work with this PCI-E expansion card. The card is not putting out any power at all. I plugged a small SSD to the USB ports prior to the power failing on this card, this drive should not be any problem for the power coming from the card and even if it was, it should have auto reset the power after removing the SSD. Do not purchase this PCI-E card.UPDATE 3: The 12V to 5V buck converter chip let out the magic smoke. The datasheet on the chip claims a 5A continuous output current, under no circumstances did my SSD pull 5A from the USB port so this might just be a faulty chip but I will never know.

Works like it should
I've now bought 2 of these, 1 for me, 1 for my friend. The new computer cases have several USB ports on them, and the new motherboard only has 1 of the 19 pin connections when we needed 2. So a quick install of these and now every USB port works.

Sencilla y funcional
Era el producto que necesitaba para actualizar mi vieja motherboard y poder activar mis puertos usb 3.0 en el panel frontal y superior de mi PC. Se aprecia de muy buena calidad, el cierre de 19 pines ajuste muy bien al cable y no existe peligro de que se caiga solo. Plug & Play.

Not enough power
After installing in my Windows 11 PC and plugging in a USB 3.0 device I was getting blue screens. Figured out it wasn't supplying enough power. After purchasing another brand of dual 19 pin USB 3.0 card and installing, the blue screens were gone. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this device.

Quick and painless add on for USB type C support!
Excellent add on card motherboards that support USB type C support. Just insert insert in your PCIE slot and plug and play does the rest. Performs as expected and highly recommended! Excellent if your motherboard does not have on board support of USB 3.0 type C support.

This is an easy install card to provide 20 pin connectivity to older motherboards. It works great.

Anschliessen und einstecken!
Nachdem an einer alten Karte ein Pin total verbogen war musste eine neue her. Habe mich für die Karte mit zwei Anschlüssen entschieden und nicht bereut. Wird unter Win 10 sofort erkannt. Kartenleser funktioniert damit ohne Probleme.

Did not work, only powered devices
This product only served to power USB devices. No data transfer was occurred. Returned and got a different brand that worked fine!
