Whether you get shade depends on where the sun is.
These are very good to keep the sun off the top of your head and shoulders when the sun is high. When the sun is lower the shade moves over and misses you. We knew that when we bought them though and we really like them. We take them to the ball park. Good for when it sprinkles too. Very well made. Fold and ready to go so quickly. Nice not to have to struggle stick them in a bag! They ARE a little heavier to carry.

Awesome Chairs
I don't know why I waited so long to buy these. I thought they would be heavy. I'm 5'3, 130lbs and they are fine to carry with shoulder strap. Awesome chairs. We use them frequently and perfect for sports games for sitting on the sidelines. Shade goes up or down securely as needed. I love these chairs and they are worth the extra money.

Great chairs!
Great chairs! Sturdy and well made. I’ve had chairs like this before but it was s cheap version so the canopy would flip up with a small gust of wind. These do not have that problem! I highly recommend for anyone who spends time on sidelines or camping!

Easy carry and setup
Love this chair...We carry them to grandson's soccer games and they provide cover from the sun.

Easy to carry and easy to use
The sun shade is a pretty nice feature and is easy to raise and lower from a seated position. Overall the chair seems well built. I have it four stars due to the seat width being somewhat narrow. The corners of the seat where the legs attach in the front tend to push into my thighs. Smaller stature folks may have no issue but I’m just the right size for it to be intrusive.

Great Chairs, bad delivery
Nice chairs, but were covered in grease, oil, and dirt. Were delivered to my home without individual packaging. Which left them exposed to the elements of travel.

Great shade chair
Love this chair. It was a replacement for ones we have had for about 6 years. A little disappointed in the fact that there is only one strap to carry and on one of our chairs the plastic piece broke already. It’s great for creating some shade at the baseball field though!
