Nova Organic Bacopa immediately began to help me "see" things more clearly, helped with focus & a continuity of energy. I'm looking forward to eventual sustained effects. (Don't take more than recommended as it can cause loose stools.)

I was hesitant because I can be a total wimp with flavor/taste, but this stuff is great. It was cheaper than the capsules. Bacopa has absolutely helped me with energy. As someone with Lyme, fatigue, lethargy, extreme exhaustion are huge issues. Although it doesn't wipe that away, it definitely helps. I can tell a difference with and without it. I add this to my nightly smoothie and it blends perfectly, not changing the taste at all. I use 1/2 to almost 1 tsp (maybe closer to 3/4 tsp). Definitely give it a try!
