Perfect sleeping spot!
I bought this tent to use for my 3-year-old to sleep in. The opening was not wide enough for her crib mattress, but I cut the opening wider, and now it is perfect. Her mattress slid right through the opening, and she gets to sleep in her princess castle every night. She loves it!

CHEAP QUALITY
Poor quality , if it wasn't for my 4 year old flipping out to play in it I would have packed it up and returned it. The LED lights look like a cheap producted I'd pick up at the dollar store and the tent looks like with a few times of play it's going to break, and of course the glow in the dark stars are meant to be on walls not this thin fabric, so they won't stick ( had to hot glue them). Not worth $50.Photo shows the rod piercing right through. It ripped an hour after I wrote this.

We recommend!
My 2 yr-old daughter loves this tent. It was a little tricky to put together, as I'd never done one like it before (and we aren't campers so that didn't help). The bars on the inside are very similar to camping tents, so if you're a camper it should be easy for you! But I figured it out and it is still up now since Christmas! She puts her toys in there and her brothers like to crawl in there with her. It really only fits two people at a time though. It was a nice surprise to get the LED light and glow in the dark stars that came with it! They are really cool! And it uses regular batteries so we can keep using it. There's a hook on the inside ceiling for the light to hang on. We paid $19 which I feel is a really good deal compared to other sites and prices we've seen. I did my research before buying. I would definitely recommend.

You get what you pay for
My girls received this tent for Christmas. We set it up right away and I immediately noticed that the material was fraying/tearing in two places. Each spot is at least three inches wide near the seam. My cousin bought the same one for her daughter and I told her about our issue and she had the same exact problem. 2 for 2 is pretty bad odds with defects if you ask me. However, aside from the tear, my daughters love this tent. It has four poles (similar to tent rods) that hold it up and it's pretty sturdy. I like that there are two mesh windows because I can still peek in when they are quitely playing and it doesn't get musty with little bodies playing inside.

The tent itself is adorable but not of the best construction
We bought this for my daughter's big Christmas gift. WARNING: DANGEROUS The LED light requires 6 AAA batteries. Within 15 minutes of use, the wires melted and burned through the plastic casing. Thankfully, we were in the room with our daughter and smelled the burning plastic. The tent itself is adorable but not of the best construction. Overall this tent is not worth the money spent and a fire/safety hazard. Pictures are fuzzy but should give you an idea of the damage.

Do not use the light!!
The tent itself is super cute and my daughter loves it! However, DO NOT use the light that comes with it!!! We started noticing that it got really hot really fast, which is dangerous enough in a plastic tent, but when my husband opened it up, he said it was extremely shoddy and dangerously made. Parts were rusty and it smelled like burning plastic. I'm giving 3 stars because the tent is fun, but I can't believe they would include such a fire hazard.

Fun, Unique Gift
This castle play tent is one of the funnest things we bought this Christmas. We purchased it for our 3 year old, but our 7 year old enjoys it just as much. They will sit in there with a tablet or coloring books and blankets for hours on end. The light at the top is very cool. I would purchase this item again. Very easy to use, move, put together and tear down.

and not especially sturdy. It seems a bit cheap
Honestly, this is not worth the $50 I paid. It is much smaller than it looks in the picture, and not especially sturdy. It seems a bit cheap. It's pretty easy to figure out how the tent is assembled, but no instructions on how to connect the light, and we're not quite sure if the stars go inside or outside the tent. The light seems to be the reason this tent is double the price of other pop-up, similarly sized tents. I'd recommend saving the extra $25 and getting one without the light.
