A beautiful design and a climate friendly solution in this heat wave. Great finish and keeping water naturally cool. Ofcourse needs to be gently handled. Great safe packaging and fast shipment. A joy indeed.

When I received the product it's lid was missing. It arrived without lid
Overall the product is superb and water gets cool. Its value for money.Only reason I am giving lower rating is because I received the product without it's lid and hence I cannot fill and keep it over night near bed stand.

Good but be cautious of delayed delivery
This was a good purchase however the delivery took a lot of time and when we received the first order the bottle cork was missing... However the replace was provided which again took more time to delie.

Water stinks and don’t cool, bad product
White mold started forming around , this is common but not on daily basis and that stinks a lot. Not able to drink water at all. I don’t get that sweet taste when I drink from this bottle. This is not my first time , I have been using clay pots and water bottles and also cookery from past 2years. the water don’t cool at all!! Purpose not serving. First I replaced this item but the new bottle also works the same. Water don’t cool at all so now I return this item . Bad product
