RGM Men's Tuxedo Pants Side Satin Stripe - Pleated Or Flat Front

I wanted to be extra spiffy for a wedding, so I decided to pair this with a great velvet Ralph Lauren jacket. Everyone at the reception asked whether the whole ensemble was Ralph Lauren, but I admitted to only have a fancy coat and "Amazon pants". So they did the job of looking great without shelling out a lot of money, especially brand name $Like proper tuxedo pants, the waist is adjustable with clips, so you should have no problem with fit. They hit at the top of shoe/foot with the proper break (if you are getting the proper/right inseam), and I was able to dance no problems.My only negative comment is that these pants come ready for suspenders, so be mindful of which button you use in the front for the fly. A button for the suspenders is extremely close to the PROPER button for the fly fabric, but if you use it, the fabric will lay all wrong and make a bad wrinkle. Use only smooth buttons for the fly, and you will be fly/dapper/fashionable.

The pants are very nice. The satin stripe is a good thing, and I was particularly pleased to discover that these pants have buttons for suspenders/braces. If I were RGM, I would DEFINITELY make a point in the description that there are suspender buttons, because that was not clear from the product description. All told, these fit the bill for what I needed very nicely.Separately, I'm very impressed with this company. I had a bit of a seam snafu with the tuxedo pants, but the RGM team was incredibly prompt in contacting me (and replying back) to resolve my complaint and concern. They were very fair in resolving it financially too.Well done.

Unfortunately it seems that clothing is never standard. Doesn't matter what the brand is. I need tux pants in a hurry, and found these for a very reasonable price here on Amazon, so I snatched them up, held my breath, crossed my fingers, and said a copious amount of prayers.They actually fit very well compared to most tux pants I've worn. I am on the shorter end of the height spectrum, and I have a "pot belly", which has made finding pants that fit properly difficult. I also have rather large thighs, and most tux pants seem to feel very tight in the thigh. These do the trick if I'm standing, but the moment I go to sit down I can feel them squeezing my thighs in an uncomfortable matter. Since I use my tux for performing, it means I'm usually standing the whole time, so this isn't a bother.For feedback for the manufacturer... I'd say consider tux pants (have the stripe and brace buttons) that are designed more like traditional slacks. I never have a problem with my slacks; they usually have some sort of elastic waistband, they don't have the weird clasp-things at the waist, and they always feel comfortable. OH and you can throw them in the washing machine instead of getting them dry cleaned! There has to be a way for tuxedo pants to be less of a nuisance and more comfortable... isn't there?5 Star rating because as far as Amazon tux pants go, these are very good. But there could still be, in my own opinion, improvement :)

I recently had surgery and needed a more loosely fitting tux pant for the New Years Eve Party. I have a quality Tux and was concerned that they colors match. I was very happy with this item. It fit just as needed. The material matched my tux and it will do just fine in a party situation. For the price I could not have hoped for a better match. I recommend this item without reservations.

I was a bit leerie about ordering the tux trousers after I read the reviews but other than the length these were perfect for my portly husband. Quite frankly, I think these trousers fit him better than the ones that go with the tux suit. Thank you very much!

These are NOT high-quality wool, but you don't pay this price for designer tuxedo pants. Place these pants with a designer coat, no one will notice. Fits as described. Does NOT have an elastic waistband, however, there are adjustment clips on each side.

I was pleased with the purchase. At first when I put them on, they didn't fit. Then I l realized that the waits is adjustable. That was good. Length was fine too. I have a 32 inch inseam. Matched my Tux jacket.

I just today received them. As I attempted to fasten the front, the button (inside closure, above the zipper) fell off - it hadn't been sewn in - although there were some threads present. CHEAP. DO NOT BUY. There is zero excuse for such shoddy quality!
