Love, love, love this shampoo and conditioner! It's perfect for my hair and smells so good. The shampoo keeps my hair moist and it doesn't feel stopped at all. The conditioner makes my hair so soft and tangles just comb out with ease.The bottles are large too and for the price, I got such a deal!!! Will definitely order from this company again!

I will never buy another shampoo and conditioner. I absolutely love Elucence and I use the conditioner as a leave-in. Detangling and styling go much faster with leaving it in, for me. (3C/4A natural hair) I wash out the conditioner then put a small amount right back on...the smell is great, the products are great.

So, Ive been eyeing this product for a while, but didn't want want to spend too much on shampoo and conditioner, especially with really thick curly hair (3B). But, then I decided to try Devacurl ONE Conditioner and that felt like I was using Suave. It did nothing for me and it didn't help with detangling. So I returned. Then I figured since I was willing to try Devacurl for $44, $20 for this Conditioner didn't sound too bad now. I decided to get both shampoo and conditioner and OMG this stuff is AMAZING!!!! I was able to finger detangling my hair like nothing with this conditioner (I did wash it with the shampoo as well). I hadn't combed my hair in 2 days so I knew it would be very tangled and my fingers just glide through like nothing. My hair feels so soft and looks so shiny and moisturized. I will continue to purchase this set. Extremely happy with purchase. Wish I would have just purchased these a long time ago when I was thinking about getting them. Glad I did now.

I bought these products for my wife and she says she is completely satisfied with both the shampoo and the conditioner. She has short, curly hair and says that when she shampoos and conditions, a little goes a long way. She says the products leave her hair moisturized and with very little frizz. The only complaint I would have is that the type of packaging the products were delivered in was a poorly thought out. When they arrived, both bottles were slightly opened and had leaked inside the plastic bag that contained them. The seller should consider that the items will shift during shipping and do a better job of preserving the integrity of the packaging (perhaps by sealing the lids/top collar with plastic) to avoid leakage. When I showed my wife the condition the bottles arrived in and asked if she wanted me to send them back, she said she would have, considering the price and wanting to get everything she paid for, but she was anxious to begin using the shampoo and conditioner, so she decided against returning them. Overall good experience, only giving four stars because of the leaked product.

Great shampoo and conditioner. I've used it for years. I have very fine hair so I need products that aren't too harsh, but do the job. The conditioner softens my hair and detangles it the instant I put it on my hair. Only a small amount is needed. I knew of this brand as it was recommended my hair dresser who is also a trichologist. She says it is a product safe for daily washing and conditioning.

The product is great but arrived having leaked in the bag.

I am super picky about shampoos, I want it to be healthy for curly hair, to not strip my hair of all its healthy oils or whatever, but to still be able to really leather in the soap and get that satisfying fully washed feeling. This gives me that and my hair feels incredibly healthy since I started using it. Before this, it used to get oily a lot sooner [within a day or two - now it takes about 4-5 days before I need to wash it again], and out of the shower my hair would feel kind of brittle or full of 'static' when I was brushing it.As for the conditioner, I don't condition very often. Every week or two weeks, maybe. This conditioner is thin enough that I don't feel bad using a lot of it, although I still try to keep it away from my roots. I don't love the smell as much as the shampoo, but it's fine. My fiance is very sensitive to smells and he never complains about any of these.

After my keratin treatment, my hair stylist recommended this as a good and affordable sodium chloride free/sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. The smell is lovely but the result is not my favorite. For my hair, despite trial and error with using just this shampoo or just this conditioner or in different amounts, I am unable to find a happy medium in the oily vs dry department. I will use them up, as there are other products I can use to fix this issue, but since purchasing this, I have tried Pureology and would go that route in the future. A friend of mine uses this and loves it, though, so I think it really is just based on your hair. Hope it works better for others!
