This thing works great! I've wasted a lot of money on generic box store straighteners and they all have their flaws. Pulls your hair, gets too hot, doesn't get hot enough, etc. Not this thing. It heats up fast, works well with curling, and doesn't pull my hair. I did leave it on one day and hoped that the time delay shut off would work but unfortunately it was on all day. On the plus side it was still hot and ready to go and continues to work! I love this curler!

I already knew this was a good flat iron before I made my purchase. My mother and aunt both own the same flat iron but different color and I always loved it. Just had to finally he t my own and I STILL love it. It presses my hair very well and I can even make beautiful tight or loose curls. The price is amazing for the quality your getting, just truly loving it.

I purchased this for a trip to Italy. It was prefect! I could neatly and easily charge my phone, iPad and Apple Watch in the plug by my bed. I did also buy a separate adapter for my flat iron to use in the bathroom.

For some reason, this one catches my hair at the top of the plate and pulls it out. OUCH! Not happy with this one! Wish I could return it!
