Great set of makeup brushes. Soft yet firm and a great price.

The quality of these brushes for the prices is actually really impressive. Thus far they have kept their shape and rigidity perfectly, and I’m not gentle about how I use them especially when I’m in a rush, lol. I really recommend this set for EYES…every brush you could ever want for eye make up is there.I wouldn’t recommend these necessarily as your primary foundation/face make up brushes, though. There are a few that I like to use as my “touch up brushes” to take along easily in a make up bag vs my daily use ones, but based on how I apply my make up at least, there isn’t a large enough brush to apply powder or blend contouring etc. There are brushes that are great for concealer and highlighter and the largest is great for applying the contouring prior to blending. It would probably work well for liquid foundation if you use it, I don’t so I can’t speak to that first hand, though.The only complaint I have is that even before they were out of the package, 3-4 of them were in pieces because the metal part holding the bristles had detached from the handle, and just while handling them to take the plastic off, a couple more did the same thing.To me, this isn’t really a big deal..I just took a few minutes before I ever even used any of them to just pull the metal part off of the handle (came right off with next to no effort on 90% of them) & just dropped a few drops of superglue on the handle and stuck them back together. Haven’t had a single issue since, and I like these a lot!

This was for my kid to practice with makeup. Not high quality, but good enough for beginners. So many small brushes, but some might like that. Nothing close to a read Kabuki. brush.

I use these for leafing and applying dry pigments. They're a fantastic set for this

I like the price of it for the qty of 20.. however it’s more of a toddler size set.. smaller than expected but it’s like a paint set instead of makeup.. they are stiff and rough and not soft at all to apply makeup.. more like paint brushes instead.. and even then I have paint brushes that are way softer than these..you get a lot of the same brushes.. very disappointing, considering the reviews and the range of purchases.. will not buy again.. I bought this for my 10 yr old daughter who does makeup basically 3 times a week.. she does a phenomenal job since she does dance competitions and has started her makeup routine since way before that and these brushes are a complete joke to say that they work well from other people’s reviews and recommendations.. please at least be honest.. only good thing is the price and a qty of 20 but that’s it. Not intended for professional makeup applications.. Do not purchase if you need really good makeup brushes..
