I am glad I tried these. I usually use the Breathe rite strips and they are great aside from the lavender ones that you can't smell do to the lack of scent they put on them, but anyway I love the fact they stay in place, problem is they stay on to well. They are incredibly hard to remove and leave a sticky mess behind along with a red irritated nose!These however stick great and stay on all night or all day and peel off easily when you want them off. No need to wet them or soak them or scrub off gooey glue that resembles boogers. These just work great. Size was a smaller one than I would normally get but they worked just as good. My other favorite part is they are black! You can look like a professional athlete or you can say it is a tactical nose strip worn by Seal Team 6 or some SWAT TEAM! Nobody has to know it's just an average nose strip that just allows you to breathe easy. You can make up any cool story you like and let the world be jealous of this new found fashion statement! All the cool kids are wearing them, so why shouldn't you? You deserve more style and attitude, besides after you remove your breathe rite strip, the only thing people will notice is a red, booger covered nose. So give these a shot. If you are not completely satisfied with the breathing aspect, you'll still look awesome 😎, and remember, it is better to look good than to feel good...

The adhesion on these suckers is so good its almost a pain to get off.I suggest showering with it on to get it to start to un-stick rather than just ripping it off.I use these when doing heavy cardio, track day on the sport bike, and 10 mile or more rides on the bicycle.Also works great when you have congestion and or the cold.Love these things.

Awesome for the gym or sleep since I have trouble breathing.I will say… the clear breathe right strips work a little better for nighttime. They open your nose a little more BUT I like the black ones for the gym.

They are too expensive for how many you get and they didn’t work for my snoring. They feel nice and comfortable on the nose though and didn’t bother my sensitive skin. Decent quality though.

I've ordered these going on the 3rd time since I came across them for $7.99 on Amazon. I wasn't looking to use them for athletic purposes, only for sleep. I have a deviated septum from a previous polyp removal surgery years ago. Snoring hadn't been an issue with me, until more recent years (according to hubby), so I've been trying my darnedest to have a routine that helps us both sleep. My routine includes a dose of Tumeric twice daily to help inflammation, a spray of Xlear twice a day, and when allergy season strikes to use a Flonase type spray to also help with inflammation. Add on the nasal strip and nighttime routine is complete. I've used name brand, store brand, generics from Amazon. Breathe Right remains a favorite, and I do buy when I catch them on sale. Since they rarely are, I do buy this brand quite often.I was very pleased to come across this one. First, it was very affordable my first couple buys. I do see the price has gone up a dollar or two. Second, the shape! I love the shape of this strip. It is tapered, so the top is narrower than the ends, which is great for me, because being all of 5 ft tall, I'm pretty kid sized in my facial features, nose included. The standard straight across that every other strip is actually cuts just under my eyes, which is pretty annoying. This one fits my nose great...no more hitting the bottom eye area. Last, I find they stay on all night long, which is more than I can say about most of the generics I've tried on here. You absolutely need to make sure your nose is freshly washed...no oils or sweat before applying, even if you just go over it with a bit of toner before bed. I also use an oil absorbing moisturizer on my t-zone which maybe helps.I have no cons from my personal experience with this particular nasal strip. I'd highly recommend it and will continue to buy it.

I bought these for working out. After about 15 minutes of lifting weights and light sweat, the 1st strip fell off. I dried off and tried again. That strip lasted about 1 minute.I'm sure they'll be great for sleeping in, but they're not good for workouts.

These are excellent nasal strips and are as good as or better than any that I've ever tried.I actually prefer the smaller size, even though my head and nose are larger. The small size seems to grip and pull better than the longer ones.Currently Amazon is out of stock on the small size, so here's hoping that they restock!If you are using one of the other big brands, which I have used for years, give these smaller Clear Passage strips a try--I think you will like it!Highly Recommended!!!

These nose strips really do improve my nasal breathing during exercise.. for about 10 minutes until it falls off at the first bead of sweat. Also comes off immediately if you are wearing sunscreen on your nose. Not worth the buy.
