Thanks for the insulated shipping
I ordered these a couple times before (my buddies agree these are the best Hershey's Kisses ever made, quite disappointed they are only seasonal) and there was some issues with some melting on some of the candy, not bad enough to be with complaing about. It never occurred to me that that might be a shipping issue, not an issue with the repacking facility. So this time I was pleasantly surprised to see that the candy arrived in an insulated bag with cold packs to keep it at low temperature. Not sure if this is in response to complaints or just because it's summer now and the melting is likely to be a serious issue this time of year. But I appreciate it and I recommend you use this year round going forward.

Arrived with two cold packs but they were warm and completely melted hope the kisses are alright!
