The GoodI am 6ft and 250lbs. In other words, I have a big butt. 1) It is wide enough for me seated or standing. I almost bought the two seater but it is narrower than the single seat. In other words, measure the width of your ass while seated and compare against the product specification. 2) Measure the destination space and the specifications against it. I had enough space for the carpenter to create shelves behind the seat. 3) The hand shower and grab bars are a useful feature. They are attached to the steel frame. 4) The dual quick drains work as advertised. Less than 90 seconds and I am out of the tub.The Bad1) It uses all my hot water from my 75 gallon water tank. The work around is to fill it slowly until it is just over waist high and turn it off, wash for almost 10 minutes or less then turn it back on. with the overfill temperature value on high 2) Test the drainage before you pay the plumber. My relocated toilet would flush when the tub drains. It is is not doing it at all or hardly noticeable the more times I use it. This is a installation problem not a product problem.The Ugly1) I notice a leak when the door closes. The helpdesk's suggestion to clean off the rubber seal fixed it. 2) When installing - seal off all drains with painters tape. I had sheetrock dust everywhere which likely caused the door to leak. I had wood screws in the drain and I removed with a unique pitching tool with a light at the end that I got from Home Depot. Thank God there is a tool for that. 3) The tub is self contained so you can put it in the the middle of the kitchen. If I did not have the carpenter box the tub in with shelves and the plumber to add thicker sheetrock in the front for more support then the tub would rock. The legs on the bottom are level adjusting but after anchoring them down it still rocked until it was supported by walls. Test this over and over before you pay your contractors.
