Software did not work and was immediately uninstalled. Company keeps trying to avoid refunding the purchase price, although all the criteria in their refund policy are met. BUYER BEWARE!

Simply put this software does not work and the company does not honor their guarantee or money back statement. rtt's R-Studio is what you are looking for if you want your data back.

It did the job. The software developer sent a key so I was able to download the software and use it immedeately. I had a backup hexternal hard drive which became unsreadable after one of Microsoft's infamous updates. This drive had my child's baby pictures, family trips - our whole life. I tried everything to redirect the drive. Basic Command line uttities that I am familiar with did not work. Changing drive letter did not work. So I tried a trial version of the EaseUS and it found all of the files which were intact. So I purchased the software through Amazon. If files are intact this software finds them. My problem was that disk was inaccessible.

I tried everything I could think of. My Wells Fargo On-Line Account worked just fine on my other PC's, but not this one PC, so i suspected it was infected somehow. I paid for and downloaded the Single User version, ran it (took a while), but after it was done, i did the REBOOT, and everything started working again!!! What a RELIEF that was!!! i do not like my Finance Accounts being MUCK'ed with, so my only regret was i did not but the THREE USER VERSION for $89, but this thing worked, fixing all known problems, where ALL my other utilities did NOT. You cannot argue with success. Go on-line and buy it directly from them, if it's not available here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
