Disappointed
I must express how disappointing was this purchase. The item received in used condition. The inner plastic holder has a big cut and the device shows wear outs. Some apps are not running before or after multiple resets and updates. It was a Christmas present for a family member and we found out after opening. It was an embarrassing moment for me. I feel miss lead since it was not shown at the description that the item is used or refurbished.
