I got these for my nephew and cant wait to gift it to him. I am sure he is going to love these. They are a eye catching blue color. They come with a power adapter, 4*rechargeable batteries for each walkie talkie and a user manual. The user manual is simple and easy to read and understand. Since they come with the battery, I got to test them straight away. There are buttons to adjust the volume and button to select the ring tone. There are buttons to set the frequency and scan the frequency which is explained well in the manual. There is a talk button and it also comes with a lamp button to activate the small torch on the head of the walkie talkie. The back lit LCD screen can be used in the dark and shows the battery level, volume, frequency and few other information. It comes with a belt clip as well. The voice clarity was good and me and my wife have been playing with this. Cant wait to play with my nephew!!!

I saw one like these at my son's friend's house and thought they'd be a nice gift.However they turned out to be more complicated than expected (I expected to just turn them on and talk but you had to adjust frequency etc and fiddle around before they worked). Maybe more suitable for an older child (9+) (or a kid that's more technical than mine... or me ;))However after we figured out how they work one walkie talkie had a lose contact and only worked intermittently. The part that holds the battery in snapped eventually and made it completely unusable (no power). Very disappointed child.

Bought for my son for Christmas. Have been using for a few days but one of them doesn't work properly - it frequently transmits even when not pressing the talk button. This means that the other walkie talkie is constantly receiving white noise and you are incapable of having a two way conversation. It doesn't seem to be due to the button sticking as it can suddenly start transmitting spontaneously. When they do work, they're really very good but due to the intermittent problems, they're unreliable and therefore unfit for purpose. We've also had problems with the very loud low battery beep as you can't turn the walkie talkie off unless you remove the batteries - very annoying in a child's room at night!

bought for my wannabe spy son for Christmas. I loved the fact that this is charged rather than buying endless supplies of batteries. have a cool little torch which is a nice addition. they are a lovely blue colour. my son is delighted with these and they seem to have a good range. he can play outside and can check in with me while i' am making dinner or whatever. all in all a good buy

Don't waste your money on cheap character walkie talkies with a few kid's favourites stickers on, that barely work when both handsets are in the same room. These are brilliant and work with one in the house and the other at the end of the garden almost 90 feet (27 metres) away, and probably a lot further, which we haven't tried yet. They cost a little more but come with a full set of rechargeable batteries and a charger. Our grandson and granddaughter, aged 7 and 6, love them, and keep themselves amused playing secret agents etc, for ages.

I ordered three of these, two worked ok but the third one the handset wouldn’t work so sent it back and ordered another which arrived with the same problem one handset was faulty so had to send that back. Rather concerned that as the two sets I’ve kept are for Christmas presents for my grandchildren that they may turn out to be faulty after a few days usage and leave them feeling very unhappy

Received them today, only one of the walkie talkies was working. You could talk to one walkie talkie but you couldn't talk from the other one. They were on the same channel as well. Also it stated In the manual it comes with a headset but there is no headset in the box seems like a faulty mic as when you push the talk button the other receive does show a signal is coming but there's no audio coming through or the speaker is faulty, either way it didn't work

Two rechargeable wakie talkies seemed good when I opened the box, however one was faulty, the on off switch did not work and it alarmed all the time, I started the return process however there was no option to swap for another set, I got refunded so I bought another make and model to avoid the same problems
