Grill Smoke Stack Replacment for Pit Boss, Traeger, Camp Chef

Everything fits perfectly for the Pit Boss Classic 700. The 2 holes are slightly larger than the 2 screws but that gives you some wiggle room for adjustments. The gasket that it comes with is a fiberglass type gasket so I would recommend wearing gloves when handling it. I googled where to keep the umbrella and it seems to be more based on preference but a lot say to keep it wide open. I chose to keep the umbrella about half way on the bolt and seems to work well.I will have to say Amazon dropped the ball on this order as they shipped me the wrong part and when they sent the correct part, it was in a thin padded bag. The smoke stack was wrapped once with the small bubble wrap and the umbrella and the lip was slightly bent due to not enough packing material. I didn't really want to mess with sending it back again so I decided to use some pliers and bend things back. I hope others don't have the same issue with this part.

Update: Been using this smoke stack for about a week and can say that my smoker holds temps within 5 degrees, which is an improvement from 20 degrees without the stack. Also the seller reached out to me and sent me a new stack to replace the damaged one, very good customer service on their part. Nice looking smoke stack, got it for a Masterbuilt pellet smoker. easy to install.

This stack is a direct replacement. I used the factory bolts because they were a bigger size and fit the holes better. I would recommend this stack if your looking for a replacement.

great solid kit. Easy to installUpgraded my Little Trager Jr by patching 2 main openings with a sheet of metal. Then used a masking tape to trace the area where to cut and used a Dremel tool to make the opening.This is a must mod because i always had a crazy temp swings. Cold air kept coming in and temps were jumping around. Right now everything is steady!

I've owned a Pit Boss 700 for a couple of years and love it. This should have been original equipment. I read the reviews about holding a steadier temperature and thought I would take a chance. I am glad I did. Great for smoking. I did my first brisket and it worked great. Will recommend to others.
