Well I have only had this for a day or so but it is REALLY nice! I went from having Fitbit charge hr's that constantly broke and no band changing option to this and am really happy I did. this metal band is marked stainless steel and has a heavy, well made feel and look to it. It is quite stiff opening and adjusting the clasp mechanism at 1st but once I got it where I needed it I am sure it's staying put. I even got 2 compliments already on it without me even saying anything about it. I also like this tracker and band because I have petite hands and wrists and this looks really nice and feminine without the bulk or sporty look of my old fitbits.

This is definitely a dressy band - better suited for nicer occasions versus average everyday workout/clean house/shower activities. My average use for this band is about 4 or 5 times a week for 2-8 hours at a time. For that kind of wear, it has been comfortable. I'm sensitive to certain metals, but I haven't had any negative skin reactions.The color in person is more gold rather than rose (more orange than pink). I think the finish should last a while, as long as it doesn't get wet. I'll update the review once/if it changes.I should add that I have very small wrists. The xiaomi mi band 4 tracker may not be very large, but it's juust smaller than the width of my wrist! From what I've experienced, I would recommend that if this band has to wrap under the tracker to fit you, than it's the tracker that's too big for your wrist, not just this band. Also remember, this tracker is not meant to sit on your wrist joint, but on your arm a couple centimeters away from the wrist, which could make a fitting difference.It is difficult to adjust the band length. But once you the hang of it, it's not too bad, and you shouldn't have to do again, once you finally find the perfect length that's not too tight or loose.The tracker seems tightly secure in the band, but you do need to make well sure that the tiny rod is securely pulled in the upper set groove. And the band does stay firmly closed if properly and carefully snapped shut. You do need to ensure it's hooked and aligned correctly as you close it -just as with any watch band of this type.--Update June 2 : two months in --Continuing to use this band a few times a week, it is still looking like new 👍

I love my Mi Band. It's hard to beat as far as value. My only issue has been with the band it came with. I work in a warehouse and move boxes all morning. I would have to reclasp the factory band at least 3-4 times a day when moving around and it got annoying after a while. The rubber also made my wrist sweat and I had to move it back and forth between arms to avoid rashes.This metal band has been fantastic. Never pops open when I'm working and I've gotten a lot of compliments on it so far.Accidentally ordered two when I got mine but haven't bothered to return it. Might get a Mi Band as a present and include the extra band.

I bought this metal strap to hold my Mi band 4 in December. After two months of use, the adjustable buckle fell off from the strap and will not hold the place anymore. Luckily this happened when I took it off from my wrist so I didn't lose my Mi band.Otherwise, it is not a bad strap. The release mechanism doesn't work very well --- this caused some headache from time to time because I need to take the Mi band off the strap for charging (I personally view it as a design failure for Mi band), which partially offset by the fact I only need to charge it about every three weeks. The cleaning was best accomplished with an ultrasound cleaner but it is irrelevant now.

It was a little sus at first , but after removing the right amount of links with the supplied little tol , I just don't understand why this wasn't an option for the device to begin with. However , I wouldn't recommend this band for heavy activity. You could possibly put it under a load that would break this band , and possibly injure your skin right when you wouldn't want it. But that's the beauty of the Mi band , you can pop it out , and throw into another band for different purposes.

I find the band very comfortable and it's easy to remove for charging (mi band 4). The little pin is a great design feature as you just pull it down to remove the mi band. It's just as easy to put the mi band back as you just put the device in and push that pin back into place. I haven't had any issues while playing tennis or light mountain biking - pins has stayed in place.Only cons: The tiny chain links that make up the band can hold a surprising amount of water and can be harder to dry.. and the buckle occasionally pulls some hair out when I put my hands on top of my head.

I like it, I needed a new strap for my mi band 4 , one that could allow me to use and look good with a business dress.This works perfectly, the tool to adjust it is nice, the company followed up to make sure everything was fine, my only issue is removing the band from it to charge it but so far have been using it for some time and about 10 charges and works perfectly fine.

The band WORKS. It doesn't irritate my skin like the rubber ones. It is adaptable.Two minor flaws:The instructions aren't very clear on how to mount the watch in the band - but if you do it once, it's obvious.Second, the bar that holds the watch in snags on fabric and can become caught, or damage that fabric.I would buy another.
