I was happy to find a replacement battery for the not yet three year old laptop since the manufacturer no longer sells a battery for this unit. The packaging was very good and having the appropriate tools was a plus. I found a YouTube video that explained how to open laptop, remove the old battery and properly install the new one. I was a bit nervous at first but instructed a 65+ year old female novice to properly perform this replacement with no issues. The unit no longer gives the 'battery low' messages now and operates normally now.

this wasn't as easy as expected but my laptop was a little harder than any video shows on how to get the full back cover off.as far as the screws etc the drivers provided were perfect with the magnetism and it did the job!battery power looking good now, thanks

It was a little bit tricky to install, but once I found the hidden screws (thanks YouTube video), the rest went really smooth. The battery has so far been behaving really well.

I was able to install this battery in under 10 minutes. It has been working quite well with my laptop. I've done a few full charges and I am able to use my laptop without a cord for about 4 hours.

The tools that come with the battery fit my HP laptop and are magnetized (extremely useful for the small screws). And Amazon was amazing as usual - battery delivered like 14 hours after ordering. Unfortunately the mounting holes did not line up with the laptop (2 of the 4). Having just installed it (was at 7% charge) I don't know yet how good it will perform.

Battery did not work. Spent numerous hours trying to make it work, but no success. Did everything their tech support told me to do, but nothing. Besides their 24 hour email technical support was not 24 hour. They would answer me once every 24 hours as they are in China. Returned this battery and ordered from a different vendor and no issues, battery worked as expected.

This battery was perfect!! Huge bang for my buck, saved me from having to get a new laptop. Fit exactly as it should in my laptop, and I appreciate that it came with torq screwdrivers in multiple sizes. I am beyond thrilled with this battery!!

I really like my new battery. It was really easy to change out. I gave it 4 stars over all because of battery life. The battery charged lasts about 2 1/2 hours. Getting the tools I needed to change it with was great, and it came in a timely manner as well.
