This pillow is amazing! I have used a Boppy and Breast Friend with my first child but this one is my favorite by far. I could never get quite comfortable with the Boppy and really only use it for propping baby up. The Breast Friend is great for the first 4-8weeks and then the baby is just too big to fit on it comfortably .... But this pillow... It's like my Couch Arm that is portable and I take it with me all over the house! Perfect angle, adjustable firmness .... This is exactly what I would want in a nursing pillow.
