I take one every day now instead of Energy Drinks
I used to have at least 32 ounces of Energy Drinks to get me through my 10 hour work day. Used to spend money I really shouldn’t have doing it. I Buy and Take one Vivarin everyday now. This is a suitable substitute when I am unable to have my morning coffee. It does not leave me with jittery or irritable. Best to use it in the morning. One tablet equals two cups of java.
