Horrible customer service
If you order any screen from Elite Screens, hope for not to have an issue!!!!!! Imposible to reach customer service, when you do, sounds like there is only one person in the whole company and that don’t give a damn about helping you. To the contrary, I have an issue with a 150” screen and they spect for us to send it back and pay for shipping, even though is a defective screen!! NIGHTMARE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
