Very nice flavor, just like in the gourmet bake shops. I can't wait to add them on my baked goods. They add a nice touch to presentation and they have a very mild but intoxicating scent.

This is my first time buying these from a different seller, you get much more than you do other places, I like to use these for an extra special treat with cupcakes, I use a cupcake pan, the liner's, and melt white chocolate, I strip a vanilla bean and mix it we'll into the chocolate, then I crush the petals, and sprinkle it over the top while it's still melted and put it in the fridge (or freezer) and garnish with a small piece of honey comb. It can be a bit expensive, but you can learn how to really stretch it out, I even put mine in a bag and put them in the freezer until your ready to use them. I've always gotten compliments from them. I'll buy from here again by the way, I crushed mine. They were intact lol

I had them once like 25 years ago down in Lancaster PA at an Amish store and couldn’t get them out of my head since. Crunchy and tastes just like a rose smells. I eat them like candy and didn’t try to use them as a decoration for food yet.

Violets are lovely and taste good. I put them on a dessert that wasn’t completely dry and the color bled onto the dessert...my only complaint.

Very good except there are not many flowers in the little jar.

These are exactly what I wanted and price for quantity is the best I've found.

I love candied violets and violet-flavored things. I was so excited when I received them today. When I opened the jar, I first noticed a weird smell. I decided to taste them anyway and I was so disappointed. They tasted stale and did not have a good violet flavor at all. Maybe I just got a bad/old batch, but these were not good at all. I ended up throwing them in the trash. :(

I crush them into chocolate bars but If you are using them whole note some are glommed together and cannot be separated or they would break. I didnt have time to source any other possibilities so went with this product although not an ideal one for me. Also they don't hold much rose flavour.

Very pleased with high quality of real violets from France. The taste is genuine and superb, and brought me back to the "violets" candy I remember as a teen. I have been using these candid violets for years the reason that I gave it 4 stars is because some of the flowers are broken.
