Just To Be With You (Seattle Sullivans) (The Sullivans Book 12)

I have read quite a few of the Sullivan stories & enjoyed most of them. Both characters were introduced in previous books, he's a 38 year old almost billionaire, she"s a early 20"s Hollywood star & virgin. None of the other characters seem to be concerned about their approximate 15 year age difference (it's never mentioned) including his mom and her previously over protective sister.The h appears to have no flaws except her inability to keep tract of her cell phone and her messy housekeeping. The H is good to his family, staff and charities but can't commit because he doesn't have time for love.Tatiana seems to lead a pretty carefree life for a young star. She does a lot of walking around Seattle by herself for an major motion picture actress. Oh and even after she is nominated for an Academy Award, she doesn't have any pressure from the press or the studio to do interviews. This book was just a little too fairy tale to be a good read.

Tatiana has fallen in love with Ian at first sight but he's jaded, stubborn and closed off. He can't love a woman more than his business so why bother. After fighting it he gives into the attraction but figures it's just lust. He doesn't want to lead her on so he tells her it was just sex and he doesn't love her. For a confident, successful man he is really dumb. He's working hard to create a safety net for his family that they don't need.I enjoyed the story and the heat. Four stars instead of five because Ian was too slow to come around.

I have loved every single Sullivan story so far, but Ian & Tatiana’s story has topped them all! This one was a tear jerker, not ugly cries, but soft, sometimes sad tears! This story was so well written, so steamy & sexy, even a bit angsty. Tatiana is tough & fights for the love she knows is deep inside of Ian. He has never gotten over the guilt of the end of his marriage, even if it was a two way street. Time will tell if Tatiana’s love is enough to chase away his ghosts. Check out this story today!

There is yet to be a Sullivan I haven’t fallen in love with! The walls that Ian has built around himself could only be torn down by true love and Tatiana is that one true love. I love the way Bella Andre enriches the story by bringing in the other Sullivan Family members that we’ve already fell in love with. Andre incorporates the families into the story in a way that even if this is the first Story you’ve read in the series, you feel the love and connections of the Sullivan Families.

I fell in love with Tatiana and Ian. Of course, I've loved the Sullivan's for many prior books. Bella Andre is a favorite author. Ian's story is tragic and awe inspiring and frustrating. Tatiana practically walks on water and is so blessed, even though she has also known loss. I was rooting for them the the whole time. I liked the side characters. Although not a Sullivan I am hoping that Flynn ends up with a story.Over half way through things do get steamy. Andre does really well writing steamy. It only somewhat moves the story forward. If you detest steam, then you can skim past it. I would not let it cause me to miss the story.

While I have enjoyed the entire Sullivan saga, my favorite has always been Sophie & Jake's story. During Smith's story we were introduced to Tatiana and I just *knew * there had to be a Sullivan out there to give her the HEA she deserved.Ian, a workaholic , damaged in many ways by his first marriage and the continued manipulation of his first wife doesn't know what to make of the young ingenue. Can someone in "the biz" really be as true and gentle as Tatiana? Is her innocence just an act honed by years perfecting her craft?While she recognizes her feelings early on, it is Ian who truly struggles.Can she convince him to take her at face value? Can Ian release the demons of his past to let love into his life?This page turner will pull you into their world and hoping until the over last page. Bella Andre says "my favourite romances have always been about families. I love following brothers and sisters and cousins from book to book" and I agree, many of my favourite easy read romances follow this theme. Bella Andre, in my opinion, has a similar style to Bernadette Marie and Melody Anne, and focuses on the Sullivan family from San Francisco. What makes series romances like this successful for me is the interaction between the brothers and sisters, the teasing and ribbing.Ian Sullivan, secretive CEO of Sullivan Investments returns to Seattle after living in London for years. He briefly met Tatiana at a family wedding. She's an actress and wants to shadow him to help with the new character in a film. Every since they met at the wedding they have thought about each other but Ian is reluctant to get involved.I liked Ian and I liked Tatiana, sadly there's not much more I can think of to say. It's a mediocre story, one that makes me shrug my shoulders and say it's ok. I think the series is dragging out and even though there appears to be a further 3 books planned, I won't be reading them.The series is getting a bit samey, the characters are different and the story of how they get together varies but the rest is fairly similar between the books, including the rather dry sex scenes. Maybe the series should have stopped when the San Francisco Sullivan's were all paired off.

I really enjoyed this book, and had wanted to read more about Tatiana after reading her sister Valantina and Smith's story. I was however really unsure about Ian from the little glimpses you get in the two earlier Seattle Sullivan stories. But he and Tatiana actually worked really well together. Although Ian frustrated me like crazy, the story was hot, sweet and did I mention frustrating? However, I would totally recommend this book, although am sure most people will have already and enjoyed it. But if you're one of the few who hasn't you should :-)

After the breakup of his marriage, he withdrew from his family and friends and swore to never love again.Tatiana is an actress, we did meet her in a previous book. She has meet Ian at a family wedding before so they are no strangers to one another. Tatiana asks Ian if she can shadow him while she researches for an up and coming roll. Their chemistry is off the charts and it is great to watch especially Ian who is so against women after his marriage fell apart.

Who wants to shadow him at his company, to understand her role in the latest film she's in.. Ian and Tatiana is one of my favourites.. This is a must read!!

Again Bella Andre has given us another wonderful book from the Sullivan's.. I am never disappointed with her books.. each time I think she has written the best and another comes along that surpasses the last one.. At times I wanted to smack Ian around the head.. we could see Tatiana was his HEA ..but he did not believe in love after his ex wife did such a deal on him.. I was again hooked from the first pages.. I had been so looking forward to Ian's story.. and boy I was not disappointed.. I will not give the story away I detest spoilers.. All I can say is read this book you will never go wrong with any book by Bella.. Looking forward to Dylan's story
