Rugged RidgeTrekker Winch, 10,000 LBS, Synthetic Rope, IP68 Waterproof, Wireless | 15100.08

I am clearly disappointed after opening the outer box. The inner box was absolutely trashed and missing items.The Fairlead, mounting hardware, hook and cotter/ pin were all missing. The Styrofoam, appeared as if someone just threw the box, it is slightly heavier winch, but now I have a mess on my hands.Ill call rugged ridge directly to order replacement parts - Thank you for the additional headache.
