Nothing else quite like it!!
Great product. I’ve used it for decades for my (award winning) Pecan Praline Biscotti. Nothing comes close to the flavor, and the airy texture resulting from the tiny ‘holes’ it makes as it melts during baking, leaving all the flavor, but resulting in a light crispy texture. Or toss in your favorite inclusions, carefully melt it, and make custom ‘brittle.’
