I bought this product because I am well aware of the health benefits it provides. I have seen amazing changes in friends and family, from getting better sleep to hair regaining its color. Personally, the Goji juice gave me energy and helped me to stay asleep at night. I drank one capful in the morning and one in the evening. It takes your body a little time to adjust to the energy but once you are used to it, you will see and feel the changes. The flavor is super yummy so I have to make sure I donʻt overdrink it, and especially not the kids. For the kids, I would water it down a bit and only give it to them in the mornings.

I have been taking this product for over 20 years and am in allover fantastic health than others my age, 82 years young.

This tastes more like juice than the Swanson Goji which was watered down too much How ever this juice is not 100% Goji juice it was too sweet can tell apple or some other juice was added
