Personally, I really loved reading this book.All of the Dash Diet recipes, tips and guides that I need to know about how to prepare healthy food for my family and lower my blood pressure are already included and well illustrated inside. Simon Brock is a master chef on this topic.All recipes are very healthy, easy to prepare and well guided.

Easy to follow and read. I would suggest as a beginners guide but a book with more variety should be purchased once you a feel for the recipes and techniques used in this book.
