A video showing a shirt being squirted out with a bunch of water is totally misleading, but it do make you sweat more than if you didn't wear it and certainly is more comfortable than wearing a plastic bag. It alone will not make you sweat unless your active.

These sweat vests are supposed to be tight...I get that..but not constricting. I purchased a large, but it felt like my chest was caving in. I'm a 42...a large should have fit. Wore it about three times and it went in the closet...should have gone in the trash.

Use it everyday i just toss it in the washer and set it to hand wash with a little detergent then hang dry i love it very comfortable im 334 pounds and 6 foot 3 fits perfect

Honesty i was very skeptical at first. I’m about 5’10 215 athletically built and the large was a perfect fit for me. The vest is very well made and comfortable i can honestly forget i was wearing it if it didn’t work so well and leave me sweaty. Basic tasks like cleaning my house become full workouts and sweat sessions with this on. I keep my house around 68 degrees at all time and it’s absolutely no issue to work up a sweat. Definitely worth the buy.

My husband was afraid to get this vest due to sizing but gladly he did. As soon as it arrived he tried it on and within just a few seconds he was already starting to break a sweat!

Used the size chart and it runs too big.

Most, I like the body fit. Least, I don’t sweat as much as I anticipated. I have used the slab stone belt and i sweat a lot, but it doesn’t shape, nor cover the entire abdomen.

Really good material. It’s also doublesided so you can wear it as black or blue. They have not mentioned this on the selling page. I’m thinking because black cost more than blue? I’m thinking order blue and you can reverse it to black?Fitting wise it’s a medium and I’m 5ft 7” this was way too long for a medium but chest size was about right.I’ve noticed you do feel warmer and sweat much more when wearing this.Hard to feel muscle contractions when performing with weights for example back workout.

Honest review......Product came as it looked in the picture, but the sizing is off and doesnt even look or fit as the size i chose and took measurements for.

Personal opinion, I don't know if these products actually work.
