Love this watch!
I have had my watch now for about a week, it keeps time accurately, looks very expensive but is not heavy, and as someone with very sensitive skin I've had no issues with the metal on my skin. It really is a great watch. I did have to get a couple of links taken off but a local jeweler did that for approx. $10.
