Don't use an espresso fine grind without filter paper. I bought a 2nd one a year or so later.
Ok. Saw comments dissing on this because they used fine ground coffee and had to say something. For regular coffee grounds, just make sure they aren't fine. However, you can still make wonderful cold brew with Cuban-style fine espresso grounds. BUT BUT BUT you will need to use one of those large paper funnel coffee filters along with it (the paper filter doesn't alter the flavor, I promise).Do a chemistry lab style fold with the paper filter (web search it if you don't know) to better fit the infuser, place it into the infuser, then pile in the grounds. I do around 40-45g of grounds with the quart jar sized infuser with filter paper. Sometimes I pour about a cup of 185 F hot water slowly over the grounds before adding cold water around in the jar, if I want to have a slightly different taste to the coffee.Close up the jar, leave it in the fridge for 2 days, and voila! About 24-28oz of beautiful cold brew espresso.Cleanup is a breeze because you tip just the infuser over the acid loving parts of your garden (or a garbage can) and the plug of grounds with the paper filter fall out. Rinse the infuser of any stray grounds, and then you are ready to go again.Others might say, "Why use this infuser then, if you use another filter?"I do it because this thing is multi use. It filters chucks of calcium from my electric kettle (my area has massive amounts of calcium in the water so cleaning the kettle frequently is a no go). It helps me with tea, both cold and hot. And it works with my glass jars which has me reusing stuff rather than making more trash. The infuser does it's job well, and I think others should know about it too.Cheers!

Works like a charm
The filter is perfect. I do not use it for cold brew. I am finding that my Keurig pod (for Tim Horton's coffee) have a tendency to burst and end up with coffee grains in my cup. This filter will removed them all easily. I would buy again.

Great quality
I ordered a different cold brew filter awhile back, and it was super flimsy and ended up falling apart. I threw it away and ordered this one. It is very sturdy, thick mesh.. super durable. Would definitely recommend.

Diesel Fuel Screen Hack
I love it when people find other uses for a product. This screen can be used in a Kubota BX series fuel tank to catch debris that might fall into the fuel tank during fueling. No need to remove, just leave it in the tank and screw back on the cap.
