These work well and the price was great. But if you are not patient and take time to learn the technique to use it right. The fact that the money has been saved in using a much weaker magnet than the original means it takes practice to correctly align the charger and make sure that you leave the watch properly connected for charging. A few times I knocked it slightly when moving away from the charging location only to come back a few hours later and nothing had charged. Am now an expert! But occaisionally even experts make mistakes and we don't get a charge. Now I have found the original I will prefer to us it - hence only three stars.

Thank goodness for this LONG charger; not like the useless excuse of a ‘charger’ that came with my brand new £79.99 FitBit just before Christmas, purchased from a well known, 2 company, merger. There’s a balancing technique needed, just inches from your USB point. Possibly, I had an advantage of an extension lead tower, located next to my bedside table drawers; even then, there were problems ‘balancing’ the watch and the magnetic contact, to charge my watch, without them falling apart. It was times like this, I am glad I watched (not pun intended!) Blue Peter as a youngster, because before purchasing the long, super-dooper, cable, I, and everyone else, has had to be creative, to charge their FitBit.

I am able to charge my fit bit now. Great product at an affordable price

Not much to say other than does what they say they will do, very pleased.

The problem with the Fitbit charger is that it’s very short. I received two long ones which are a much more useful length and I can have one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. The connection is rather fragile, but the original isn’t much better. I think it’s a bad design by Fitbit. Just be careful how you place it on the surface to make sure it’s still connected.

Great value for money

This cable is a pain in the butt. It’s so hard to get it in the correct place to connect to Fitbit. I know it cheap but it’s not the point.
