EnvyPak Premium Ultra-Thick Resealable Comic Book Bags (Pack of 30) (Blue)

First time trying these EnvyPak bags and I really really like these. A few notes:- very thick. This is a great thing.- comics fit snug inside. This is also a great thing.- if you’re going to use boards with them, I suggest silver age boards as they fill the bag perfectly with zero wiggle room.- the bag fit bronze, copper & modern age books. Bronze books are the tightest fit (w/board) but that’s what I prefer.- silver age books are a no-go with a board but will fit without. Personally, that is not ideal for me but that’s fine. I’d like to see bags made specifically for silver age but I’m not sure how that would work because these are very close to touching the side of a standard short box as it is. Would work great in a magazine size short box tho.- the bags are a little cloudier than a regular bag but that’s likely due to the thickness of these bags. To me, that is a worthwhile trade off.All in all, I highly recommend the EnvyPak bags as an alternative to standard bags. I am seriously considering switching to them for all me books (sans Golden & Silver age). 30 for $11 is a perfect price point, imo. That may seem like a lot but it’s worth it for the sturdiness of them and the protection on the books is what is most important.Bravo, EnvyPak! You’ve earned yourself a repeat customer!

I purchased these sleeves in order to protect my signed comics. I found top loaders were too expensive in my opinion and the reviews on those were just average. This is a much better alternative, it is not a hard plastic but is significantly stronger than an average comic book plastic, they are resealable and arrived right on time. So I placed the comics in these sleeves with a comic board and it was nice and sturdy and is very protected. For the price, you can not beat it. The package looks different from what is pictured here, but the product is exactly the same pictured.

As much as I like the Mylar bags, they’re far too expensive. Then, by chance, I came across these bags and despite being unfamiliar with this product and very few reviews, it had great reviews. So I took a leap of faith and bought a pack.To my surprise, not only are they much thicker than most Mylar bags, they’re much more durable and sturdy, too. They’re slightly larger, but it’s fine. The bag does look a bit dull and not crystal clear compared to the Mylar, but it’s all about protection, and it definitely protects my comic.I highly recommend this to any comic book collector and plan on picking up more. If they have it in sizes for silver and golden ages, as well as magazines, I will definitely purchase them.

These definitely get the job done. I needed something affordable, not high quantity, 30 bags was perfect for what I needed it for (I still have some left over) that can protect my comics for storing. I love the sturdy resealable strip, makes it easy to take the comic out and return it back to the sleeve without hassle. Honestly, these may not be crystal clear like the generic flimsy bags, but it gives your comic the protection needed and it actually looks cool in this particular bag. Thinking about replacing all my generic bags with these.

These are by far some of the best comic book sleeves I've ever encountered. The thickness is unique and sturdy. The best thing about these is that they have a hinged flap and the adhesive is located on the back side and not on the flap so no worries about getting your comic stuck while inserting and removing them from the sleeves.

Plastics are thick, crystal clear, color coded, and re-sealable (i.e. no tape required), also have a notch cut out of them to make folding easier. Perfect product. (note these are not rigid, they are very thick, but not the rigid extra shiny type of comic holders). They are perfect for what I needed.

These sleeves are perfect for storing those valuable comics, I have mine doubled. I use the normal bag and board with the comic and just add it in one of these sturdy sleeves. It gives my comics the protection I need without worrying about anything. The colors are great if you want to separate any runs or anything. I'll definitely be buying more in the future!!

Easy to gently slide comic into the sleeve. The fastening stick seems to be reusable but I am confident it cannot be opened/closed too many times before it loses its closure. These clean sleeves (rather than marred old sleeves) make my 1976 comic collection really show their stuff.
