This is the second roller I've purchased! My daughter loved it so much, I had to get her one of her own.The quartz is genuine, stays cool, and the smooth stones move really easily.I use mine for facial massage first, then in a pattern to promote lymphatic cleansing.This leaves my skin so smooth and plump!!I'm 55y.o. and didn't think anything would help may tired and sallow complexion. This does, and more. Almost like it's ironing out my wrinkles.Used my roller for 6 weeks, twice a day, and will not be without it. Helps to apply my serums too!Feels so good that I'd use it even if it was so amazing for my skin.Keep your skin covered with a serum that offers a bit of slip for best results. No need to refrigerate, it naturally stays cool all by itself.

I would have given his roller 5 stars if it weren't in 2 pieces when I removed it from the packaging. Because of this, I was not so sure at first. HOWEVER, after I easily put the large roller back onto the handle, it rolled smoother than any other quartz rollers I own! No skipping or squeaking to be had. The rose gold handle is truly rose gold in color and this roller looks fabulous in my bathroom.The free sample of the Luminance Nourishing Serum was a nice addition. The serum is more like a jar cream and is completely unscented. The ingredient list of Luminance's website is impressive and clean. I recommend this serum more for at night than daytime as it's a bit more hydrating than my makeup can likely handle.

It arrived in a very classy box which feels quite expensive actually. I immediately used it while I was applying my moisturizer, and it feels so relaxing! This roller definitely took applying moisturizing and a face massage to a whole new level! It's also handy for a quick glow-up in the morning, especially when it just came out of the fridge when you use it.

I love this roller. It is so smooth and cool on my skin. The 2 different roller sizes make it easy to work all areas. It feels so good on my face and neck. I use it daily.

It is comforting to use this but no miracles on puffy eyes.

I love this product a lot. Not only does it help clear up skin as reduce eye puffiness but it also has help relieve sinus pressure that I was suffering from.

When the product arrives it comes with a business card that guarantees an exchange if anything were to happen. Unfortunately I threw this away because it worked great the first 3 days.Within 2 weeks the product started falling apart. Fast forward 2 months later it is completely useless. I left a question on the sellers page requesting their contact information before writing this review and my question was never posted or answered.The roller itself did wonders for my skin. This product however is cheaply made. Falls off the metal and even started rusting.This time around Amazon's customer service were of no help. Unfortunately I'll be shopping around for a new one.

Bought this roller 3 months ago and LOVED it. It stays cool even if it’s hot in my apartment, it’s definitely real quartz. The packaging was so cute and it even came with a little bag to store the roller. No squeaky noises, so it’s really well built. I have to order a new one because i accidentally dropped mine on the floor and the big roller came off but that was my fault...i basically hurled the roller to the ground.
