I have dry eyes and two pet cats that shed. Occasionally, I get a fine hair or an eyelash in my eye that bothers me greatly. What I need is a fine tip Q-tip that can be wetted with water to fish the hair out of my eye. This brand sports a very sharp point, which is ideal for me. I tested these against my previous brand, and they are actually better at holding their shape while wet.My only complaint is that there are so many in a box. My last box lasted years, an these will probably hold me down for the rest of my life, unless I can find another application for them.I purchased these in particular because they are made of biodegradable material.

If you are looking for an ecofriendly alternative to traditional cotton buds then these are your best choice.I did try a metal ear pick but it's not useful for everything. For example, when I needed to clean my kitten's ears or wipe eyeliner off. So, I splurged on these as they are significantly more expensive than regular cotton buds.That being said, they're worth the extra few bucks because they are very sturdy and I lile the design. One end ia rounded whilst the other end is pointed, this is a game changer!I feel like they will last a long time and I've kept them in the box because it's cute a convenient. I will buy again because you can't put a price on saving the earth!

These are tightly wrapped cotton. Perfect for detail cleanup for makeup or craft projects. The tip stays sharp longer than any other swab I've used, due to the fact that they are so tightly wrapped. They are sturdy and quality. If you want a cotton swab with a good tip on it that doesn't squish the moment you put any pressure on it, these are the swab for you.

We use these to clean the inner eye pockets of our Persian kitten. The q-tips are sturdy and my bf and I love the two different sided option. Our kitten doesn't seem to mind them either. Works great for what we intended to use it for.
