So at first when I put it on my hair I thought, uh oh, this is going to be a waste of money. It is runny compared to conditioner I buy from the supermarket. And I need to put more on to spread it. In the shower my hair didn't feel silky when I put it on. BUT...when my hair dried, my hair was soft and the usual frizz was gone! I prefer the results to my usual conditioners! I'm really happy. I bought this to save on plastic and cut down costs. But obviously if it's rubbish it would be a false economy. Thankfully it hasn't been and i'm happy. I also like the smell. My son doesn't like it because in the shower when using it, it doesn't feel as nice as other conditioners. However I can see that actually it leaves his gorgeous red hair shiny and healthy looking.I've been pleasantly surprised by the results.

So I’m not sure what to put on this. It’s by no way a conditioner! It lathers like a shampoo so if you have unruly hair that needs a proper silky feel condition don’t get this. it’s quite nice scented though but not what it says on the bottle at all!

For a everyday conditioner and the cost makes it a no brainer!Antioxidant conditioner is great for using after chemical treatment's(dye/bleach/perm) to aid the stop of the chemical process.

Smells strange.

We used a similar conditioner in the salon years ago so it should be good
