Every now and then I'll try another brand of espresso but always come back to Illy. I do think it's pricey so if I ever do find another affordable great one, I will switch. Not particularly loyal to the brand, just love the taste.

This is my favorite coffee specifically for my Moka Pots. It’s pricey but worth it. Since we go through a lot of it, it’s nice having backup tins so as to keep the coff-a-brewin’

Illy is always fresh, delicious and consistent. The moka grind is perfect with stovetop espresso pots- perfect extraction with a minimum of sediment. Ordering from Amazon is fast, convenient and economical.

Bought this coffee to use in a Bialetti Moko Pot.Coffee is too finely ground for use in a Moko Pot.Steam escapes though the safety valve rather than through the basket with coffee.Great taste, so will keep to use, but it WON'T WORK in a Moko Pot.Coffee container that I received is slightly different in appearance from the picture on the Amazon ordering page, but it's clearly marked for use in a Moko.

The media could not be loaded. Received items in good packaging but when I lifted the lids the lip of the cans had visible rust. Old stock. Non returnable/replaceable item.

Product changed! The advertising label lists this coffee as “MOKA”. But when it arrives, the can is different and listed as “CLASSIC”. The beautiful, light chocolatey flavor it once had is gone and left with an espresso that is a little bitter. The original Moka coffee has been changed and is not at all the same. This use to be hands down the best coffee. This new blend is sadly only mediocre.
