Completely satisfied
I had a standalone Lightroom 5 I got from Amazon that mysteriously failed. While I was supposed to be able to download my purchased software again, that promise failed too. I think there are two versions of this one, and perhaps I should have purchased the other one, but after using this for a few months, I really like it. The interface is completely different so it took a while to find my way around. But now, quick and effective fixes of my photos is a snap and I like the results. It doesnt seem to have a feature to input GPS data, but I can do that with another piece of software, or in Flickr.

Would not download, but then did. And, I'm very happy with the software
AT FIRST, I couldn't download the product. But, after a short chat with the Philippines or India customer service, bamm, I could download it. Why?, because the road block was my computer password. Not adobe password. You know, the one that allows you to clear the screen saver. Once we figured that out. No problem.I have also been able to adjust, very well, some photos to allow me to list my property for rent. Thanks Adobe. I loved your training program to help me make the pictures better.

Lol, Lightroom CC is for babies
Don't be fooled into getting this software, its Lightroom Classic that you want if you want to edit photos. If you're using Lightroom CC just go buy an iPad and get a $10 iPad app as powerful (or more powerful) than Lightroom CC. I only accidentally purchased this membership, promptly cancelled and order a copy of the real Lightroom.

Camera recognition
I'm still trying to figure out how to get it to recognize my camera to down/upload images.....

There is no better
There is no better to adjust my pictures. Love the add on for whiting teeth and getting rid of imperfections that a high megapixel camera captures.

LR is so broke
I've used this software for years. They are not fixing basic features like "rename" that constantly fails for fix able reasons. Adobe is such a lazy company.

Disappointed to say the least
I never got a code to activate my Lightroom December 2021. Amazon and Adobe neither one was able to help me resolve the issue. Wasted money!
