Good texture and taste; very nutritious - outstanding
A nice crumbly texture, good taste, terrific nutritional value and good nutrients. This is one of the best protein bars out there ... and I have spent a fair chunk of time researching this space for my personal consumption

Flavor not great
As with this brand, expect a gritty texture, that’s ok for me. This flavor missed the mark. You’d be better served trying their lemon, blueberry, raspberry truffle, chocolate mint and chocolate flavors. Love they block carbs with fiber, not sugar alcohols.
