Empire Fall Festival 20 Ounce Mottled Wax Candle

When I was a young girl and I helped my Mother hang the freshly washed laundry on the line, I would watch it as the wind picked up the sheets and lifted them into the air like big floating clowds. The sheets and towels would whip and flip as if they were free on their clips and soon they were dry and as the wind fell, they would fall silent. I would walk over the newly dried linen and wrap myself in the delicious, clean fragrance. Oh, what a delicious smell. The candle called White Linen brings back these happen moments of being in the yard with my Mother during the bright, clean summer months.Fresh Linen is just what it says in its name. It is white and clean and makes one want to dance in the breeze of a summer day.Enjoy this great candle.

I received this candle broken when I first ordered it. Smelling how wonderful the spring rain scent is I requested the broken candle be replaced. I was very happy with how fast the replacement item came as well as how fast and free the return shipping was. However the replacement candle came broken as well. I am very disappointed with this product. I have ordered candles through amazon before but never received them broken meanwhile these came shuddered to me twice.

Absolutely no smell comes from this candle.

Love the scent of this candle, it is long burningand everything you want in a jar candle.The price was outragous, at home I buy these for halfthe price so while a big fan, won't pay that price again

I got one of these candles at a drugstore or something, and my wife and I both have fallen in love with it. This candle is magical, it smells SO GOOD! Plus, on the back of the sticker, there's a recipe for sugar cookies! I haven't compared the smell of the candle to actual cookies made with the recipe to see how close they are, so I can't speak to the candle's authenticity. The smell is strong, but not overpowering, and easily makes the entire room smell delicious. I have it sitting on a shelf a few feet away from our front door, and when it's burning, I can smell it outside on the front porch. (This may point to a failure of weather stripping instead of the strength of the candle, but you get the idea.) It's buttery and sweet, with a hint of caramel. I'm not sure why this particular candle is described as "mottled wax" as it is a solid off-white color.Our candle has lasted a while, but it's almost gone. I was happy to find another on Amazon, as I couldn't remember where we got the first one.The first candle I ordered came in a box about twice as big as the candle, packed with those air pillow things, and the candle itself was wrapped in a layer or two of bubble wrap, taped up. When I pulled it out of the box, I heard a tinkling of glass, and could see shards moving around inside the bubble wrap cocoon.Amazon's returns, of course, are quick and easy.The second candle came in a box about twice as big as the candle, packed with those air pillow things, and the candle itself was wrapped in a layer or two of bubble wrap, taped up. When I pulled it out of the box, I heard a tinkling of glass, and could see shards moving around inside the bubble wrap cocoon.Amazon's returns, of course, are quick and easy.They didn't send a third candle. And they told me I could keep the second one. I'm hoping to find a candle holder that I can fit the un-jarred candle. Or I'll cut it up and use it in a wax warmer. It doesn't matter, I have electricity. I didn't get the candle for light, I got it because it smells like sweet, sugary, buttery heaven.I would give it 5 stars, but the glass shards make it a little dangerous.

I love the fragrance of this candle! I'm getting ready to order more. I did have an issue on a previous order with one of the candles arrived with the glass broken. I've since ordered more and haven't had a problem with that issue.

I absolutely love the scent of this candle! I definitely recommend it, but the only thing is that it burns fast AND the glass jar around the candle was broken (I read in another review that someone had the same problem too with a shattered glass jar). Still, the smell of the candle is awesome!

Candle was great, smelled good and burns well. Packing job was bad and product arrived broken. fortunately, it wasn't smashed, so candle could be removed.
