First of all, I have no idea what a drum is and why printer goes through them so often but I did have an amazing experience with the seller. I had purchased the drum 2 other times but my third time I received a defective product that left ink lines all over my prints. The seller quickly sent me a new item and was in great communication. Perfect fit and print like the original.I was thinking to replace my Xerox 3215 but after I installed this item was back to work like new.

The price is right, and my Xerox printer recognized it, but almost immediately the pages started coming out with horizontal lines on them. I cleaned the drum several times, and each time it printed clean for a few pages and then the lines again. I had to trash the drum and buy a different brand ~ one that actually works.

I was not aware that the drum is a wear-replacement part on laser printers. When my printouts started showing a shadow and I discovered a scratch on the drum I ordered this part to replace my damaged one. It went in easy-peasy and now the prints are perfect again!

This is my first time trying this product. I am glad I gave them a try. I am pleased with the drum.Installed in in a short time and off we went. The black color looks good and I am pleased with the product and will be a repeat customer because the cost and performance pleased me.😍

The picture looks like my drum but they submitted drum 2 times and neither replacement looked like the picture nor did it fit my printer. The company was very nice in trying to help me. Their supplier just did not give them the correct drum for my printer.
