Larger Capsules but a Good Supplement Value
This is the best type of magnesium supplement. This product has less filler ingredients, but you still need to consider the number you must take a day to get the recommended dose. They work for me but some might be put off by the size of the capsules or the number required to get the right dose. They caps are a little on the large side.
