Not my favorite…..
Woof. I love this series and the next gen series, but this is my least favorite. The writing is excellent, and as always, I felt alll the feels. Her ability to draw a reader in and convey all the emotions is amazing. My issue lies in the fact that Oliver spends literally the entire book cruelly hurting Chloe, breaking her heart, treating her callously without ever caring about her feelings or the pain his head games cause. She’s literally in therapy over it. I repeat, she is in therapy over it! She’s been unable to have a single healthy relationship, and even when they get their HEA, nothing is healthy about their relationship. He’s a selfish privileged coward that hasn’t had any character growth from the time they started their competitive frenemies relationship while they were in diapers. And yet…. When he yet again breaks her heart and embarrasses her publicly the final time, all it takes is him saying “I promise I won’t do it again. This time I really mean it!” and like every single other time, she falls for it hook, line, and sinker. 🙄🙄. Seriously, that was it. And this was mere HOURS after her being crushed. No groveling. He didn’t even actually have to DO anything to show he was committed or had changed. Like the fool she has been all her life, always leaping without looking first, she just let the toxic pattern continue the way it has for THIRTY YEARS. And we are supposed to believe he suddenly had an epiphany that completely caused a character change in him 🙄🤦♀️.I’m a chronic rereader, and as a whole I love this series and author. I won’t however revisit this book.

Childhood frenemies to lovers
I’m really loving this whole universe that is Cloverleigh Farms. Chloe and Oliver had an interesting story, their mothers are best friends and has been since before the were born so they grew up together. They were always challenging each other and getting into trouble together. I really loved that aspect of the story. Oliver was not my favorite book boyfriend because het did some infuriating things BUT apart from that. Chloe and the side characters and plot of the story did it for me.

Chloe & Oliver
What a ride these 2 had. Close family, two youngster conive, play, explore h dare each other into trouble. Inseparable as youngsters they fell in love but each refused to admit it to each other or themselves. Until they could no longer deny their inevitable future. Loved this story.

Oliver...can you trust him?
Oliver is a schemer. He is too smart for his own good, immature, arrogant, TROUBLE and absolutely adorable. Chloe, the rebel child, is a fun character. As a middle child and the black sheep of the family, I could relate to her. I liked her spunk and how she put Oliver in his place. They have an intense love/hate relationship. This book was so much fun to read. Lots of fun scenes and swoony romantic scenes. Oliver's Gran was pretty darn funny. I loved the book.

A fun, frenemies to lovers story!
Undeniable is a second chance romance story, but for me it kind of fell into a couple of other categories as well: friends to lovers and even a little bit of enemies to lovers. Chloe and Oliver have known each other their entire lives and growing up they did a lot of stupid things based on dares from each other. They were super competitive and could never stand losing to each other. Being constantly pushed together by their moms growing up, it was inevitable that their feelings for each other would morph into something more than friends at some point.I really liked the constant push and pull between these two characters. They had the perfect love/hate type of relationship that makes for a great read. It was so obvious there was strong chemistry between Chloe and Oliver, but too many things had happened between them growing up for Chloe to feel like she could ever trust Oliver again, no matter what her feelings for him were.I have to admit, I was not a fan of Oliver at all during this read. With the story set up with points of view from both Chloe and Oliver in past and present chapters, I really could not get on board with everything that Oliver put Chloe through. And as confident and headstrong as Chloe was, when it came to Oliver, all her defenses just disapear and she opens herself to him time and time again, only to have him break her heart all over again. After everything that Oliver has put Chloe through the past 20 years, he's now back in town and presenting her with an opportunity to realize her dream of opening a distillery. She just has to spend a week with him so he can convince her its the right thing to do. And the time they spend together is amazing and everything she's ever wanted. But has Oliver really changed his ways, or is he going to end up breaking Chloe's heart one las time?Melanie always does an amazing job of drawing me into the story and I couldn't turn the pages fast enough to see how everythng was going to turn out. I loved the secondary characters, it was great to see Frannie and Mack again, and Oliver's grandmother was an amazing lady! As for Oliver, he does redeem himself in the end, but by then it was too little too late for me. I know lots of women are going to swoon hard over him and that's great, he just didn't win me over. This was a fun read, I did enjoy the banter between Chloe and Oliver and seeing them grow from little kids into adults. I am excited to find out who the next Cloverleigh story will be about!

3.5 stars
They have known each other since they were young, parents are best friends. They know how to push each other buttons and are competitive, which leads to all sorts of drama.Oliver has to be one of the stupidest male leads I have ever read. He’s a coward, selfish and doesn’t think things through. The amount of times he has let Chloe down. The latest incident, like how did he think it was really going to work. He devastated Chloe, broke her heart and crushed her dreams. He will need to grovel and get her to forgive him and his stupidness.

From Enemies to Friends to Second Chance
Chloe Sawyer and Oliver Ford Pemberton were born two days apart and were close childhood friends. Their families were also long term friends. They did some silly and dangerous pranks together and were often grounded. Perhaps they were destined to be forever in each others lives. But Chloe never fully trusted Oliver in the past and definitely not in the present. They had hooked up at times years apart. They had sex memorable sex but no commitment. Chloe always seemed to be the one who got hurt. Perhaps Oliver was too young. Perhaps they were both too young to have serious relationship.Oliver's family were wealthy. And Oliver had part of his trust fund at twenty five. But what did he do with it?.Chloe's family owned Cloverleigh Farm and are comfortably rich. Chloe is smart and a hard worker. And with her father nearly seventy and wanting to retire and Chloe wanting to start her own whiskey distillery, Oliver is her best bet to achieving her dream. Yet when her father presents Oliver as her saviour without consulting her, she resents him and Oliver. But what happens next will take you on a rollercoaster of emotions. It will make you swoon, anxious, sad and eventually happy. Please READ.

Four stars
I read Undeniable in one sitting, I honestly couldn’t put my kindle down. The Cloverleigh Farms series is without doubt one of my favourite series from Melanie Harlow and it just keeps setting the bar higher with each book released.Chloe and Oliver had such a history that it wasn’t hard to imagine them together and want them to work things out, though initially I wanted to smack Oliver so damned hard.... the guy finally worked on his relationship and stopped messing with Chloe’s heart and head and I ended up kinda liking him more than I expected to.Second chance love is a favourite and when it comes with characters who have as much connections, spark, snark and banter as this pair you really can’t ask for more from the story. This was another great read in the series - the only reason it doesn’t get five stars is Oliver and his treatment of Chole in the past, even if he made it up to her eventually.4*

Good writing style, but sad role models
The writing itself is really eloquent and it is obvious the writer has put huge efforts into building her story, retrospectives and all. It is also clear that this was meant to be a second chance, love conquers all kind of romance... alas, the heroine gives out endless chances to "hero" who is grossly inconsiderate at best, downright manipulative and scheming and egotistical at his -not worst - but normal. He is repeatedly given chances he has not earned after "apologising", making empty promises he has no intention to keep. All in all, I don't feel there was much growth between the characters. The fact that the parents confirm the heroines inheritance of the farm and Gran gives her the money for the land purchase AFTER the couple finally end up together don't show their faith and confidence into the heroines capabilities, but rather that she has finally become the conforming good little girl she wasn't to begin with as a tomboy. Just disappointing.

Okay read
Oliver and Chloe knew each other, their parents were best friends and they were close in age. Always testing each other and getting into trouble. Oliver's parents were very wealthy and he lived a very spoilt childhood and he could be reckless and unthinking at times. He was Chloe's first and over the years as they grew up they connected again until Olivier broke her trust. I didnt like his character and thought he would always be a little selfish and Chloe deserved more but she did love him.

Stunningly romantic 💕💘
Childhood friends, adult mismatches - or are they? Moving, sensual, passionate this story covers all bases and then some. With a fair dollop of humour and characters to die for this is a fantastic read that gives you a warm fuzzy feeling - when you're not shouting at 'Him' for being so dense!!!!!!! Loved it. 💕😍💥😘
