Interesting, tapping is a positive process. The workbook is helpful.

Hard to undesrtand alone

somehow I missed that this is just a printing of Powerpoint slides. I'm unclear why this was even published, let alone sold.

it doesnt tell you anything. It looks like it was made to take notes in for a workshop.

I am pleased with this. It is written in an understandable, teaching mode. It is a valuable way to start to teach myself to learn this form of theapy. .

Got at the conference so did not need to buy.

It wasn't made clear that this is a workbook for use with a class. I'm not taking a class, so it is of no use to me.

Lost my copy and was able to buy it again
