First, in person this clock looks quality relative to the price. Built of great materials, nothing is or feels flimsy. The dial presentation is classical in nature and well executed. It looks like a much more expensive clock than what it’s price is. The second handle moves continuously and quietly, you cannot hear the clock operate, except the alarm. The alarm sound is loud but not too loud. Overall the presentation is better than expected, quality seems very solid, clock keeps the time well, I am happy with the purchase.

It does not disappoint in the slightest, already functional as soon as I inserted the battery, an absolutely silent ticker until it rings its bell.The only tiny gripe I have is the design choice of having the second hand sharing the same base as the other clock pointers rather than having it's own clock-face underneath, but that's only a minor nitpick. Plus, I'm so pleased to have an alarm clock with a single bell that I won't even care.Overall, it's a very special kind of alarm clock I highly recommend! 10/10Bonus personal thoughts:I like everything about the alarm clock - not to mention that I've always wanted this kind of alarm clock with a single bell like they had in cartoons - so it's a real treat to have one now.😊 (I might even order another one - with Roman numerals next time - because of it.)Speaking of treats, huge props also to the postal service for have delivered the item a whole week before promised date.👍 All in very good time before my birthday which was when I planned to open the package at,hence not writing the review till now. This little clock is very accurate and easy to use. If it’s on the table next to the bed it’s easy to read. But if it’s across the room it may be a little harder to find the hour hand. It’s really cute and fits my needs very well!

I bought this to put on a bookshelf in my library where I can easily look up and see the time. It's cute, it seems accurate, and it is quiet. I have a bit of difficulty seeing the time quickly because there are so many hands on the clock. I did not deduct a star because it's probably my age and stage and not the clocks fault. It's adorable, I am glad I purchased it.

This clock stopped working only a month after purchase. I have to tap it to get it to start with new batteries in it. And then it just randomly stops. It's hard to read but I was willing to forgo that because it's so pretty. The worst thing is it makes a ticking sound - in the ad it says it doesn't. Not happy

This is a simple, elegant alarm clock. Looks more expensive than it is.Simple on/off alarm, so loud I must get out of bed to turn it off; no snooze button.I like it is not lit up; digital displays are too bright, as I need a dark room to sleep.

Very pretty, reliable and loud alarm clock. Purchased this after missing a flight due to a phone alarm malfunction. One little nitpick: you can only tell if the alarm is on by looking at the switch located in the back of the clock. Wish there was an indicator on the front panel somewhere.

Really like this simple alarm clock. Very attractive design, single AA battery powered, loud enough alarm for heavier sleepers without being obnoxious, but be advised that there is no 'snooze' button feature.
