A completely useless piece of very loose metal.
This will, indeed, mount very easily. It will also, no matter how you try, remain loose and completely useless for mounting anything to your pic rail. This item should be removed from Amazon.

Too much for not enough
Hard to use with regular sights mounted. So many factors hurt these offsets from being tactically useful. Just buy topside rail mounted offsets.

Notice the screenshot is 3/4 perspective? This mount is too short. The Red Dot is partially obscured by the wind turret of the scope. Spending on a proper side mount. Not worth sending back,

Nice little mount
A relatively inexpensive and sturdy mount that will satisfy all of your offset optic or light needs. I especially like the intuitive location of the mount when attached.
