Too hard for the mouth. Didn't really fit well. They should make it mold to your own mouth like mouth guards.

At 52 I was watching my lips disappear, as well as noticing fine lines above them. After using this product every day for just a few weeks, I can see a difference. Lip lines are almost gone, and my lips are returning to where they were a few years back. I didn't trim it, and I don't use my jaw. I start with an open mouth in a relaxed position, then tighten my lips. I do this 50 times. Nasolabial folds are smoothing out as well. This thing is freakin' awesome! Oh, and it has not taste or smell.

wasn’t the most comfortable and didn’t exactly understand how to use it but for the right person it’s a great buy, but for me it wasn’t the best but I give it a 3/5 because it was made well and durable for its purpose, just not the right item for me. If I had known how to use it I’d probably buy another one because the material used is soft Other than it pushing into my gums but that’s mainly my fault so. Good 3/5, I loved that it came in a sealed and clean package, looked exactly like the pictures used and I couldn’t be mad at the size of the item either.
