This suitcase was perfect for a trip away in Europe, it's lightweight and very practical. Storage space was ample enough to fit a lot of items in, although, in comparison to a soft-shell suitcase, you can be limited in what you can squeeze in! However, my main gripe was with the charging capability of this suitcase, which I initially thought was a cool feature to have, however, through some fault of my own in not looking properly through the comments, that you need to have a power bank first that fits in the suitcase (which has a sleeve for said power bank) - to charge your phone. I do find the images a tad misleading in terms of charging capability this is why this review doesn't get 5 stars.The suitcase itself is very good, sturdy and is quiet when moving it through an airport and on pavements, I cannot fault it!

 I used to have a suitcase, 24 inches, too big, so that the box is very empty every time I use it, the clothes inside are easy to mess and can't be fixed very well. Even when I use it, I can't go straight. So I decided to change to a high quality, 20 inch suitcase and I found this project. I like it, it suits me very well.This suitcase trolley is of good quality and will not tremble when in use.The four wheels are excellent as you don't have to tilt the case over and pull it. You can effectively just push it alongisde you in the airport which is more convienient.The TSA lock in the description, I don't know about it, but I know the quality of this lock is very good. Opening and closing are very convenient and smooth. I like to hear the sound of unlocking this suitcase, very nice. I don't know if I redesigned the password for this lock, I consulted the seller. I liked their professional attitude and they sent me a video to reset the password.

This is a solid hand luggage suitcase, it's easy to move with the 4 wheels even when full and heavy because of it's excellent build quality.The inside has a net that lets you separate the two sections, and ties on the other so when you open it things don't fall out or move around when travelling.The USB port works fine with a battery pack inside, but it's a bit of a gimmick, and the only part that broke was the rubber seal to cover it (it's connected with a super thing bit of rubber and will break off after a few times using it).The handle is also really sturdy and allowed me to attached my camera backpack to it and push it around - the suitcase could handle the extra weight with ease!

Great cabin size laggage, very smooth and easy to handle and wheel around. Case is hard so it won't break easily. Comes with installed lock with 3 digit combination that can be changed to your personal digit. Also has a usb charging port which can be used to charge you phone. The charging cable that comes with it is short cable, you can change it to a longer one to use. The case its self is designed with a very modern look. Very much recommended for travellers.

Can’t fault in any way, very sturdy and came out from the hold on two transatlantic flights without a mark or scratch

The parcel was in a good condition and was very quick... and the luggage suitcase is amazing ... usb charger wich i never seen before... not heavy at all, and spacious...it is worth the money

This case is ideal for business travellers. It easily takes 2 / 3 nights worth business and casual clothing and its internal arrangement keeps everything crease free. For the money it feels quite robust in use and better than most at this price point. Would recommend.
