Great value helps with bunions and foot pain
I started using this year for bunion and general foot pain and mild plantar fasciitis. I have bunions from 13 years of Flamenco dancing-hitting the floor hard wearing 2 inch heels is very hard on my feet. I massage my feet (watch YouTube videos for bunion massage) then I wear the big toe separators around the house several times a week. It took me a few days of this to be able to wear for longer than a few minutes ( my poor feet) . These align your toes with the rest of your feet which helps with pain and symptoms. I use the small one ring big toe separator for sleep and inside shoes. Can be worn with sandals but may be visible depending on shoe style. These really help. If I forget and don’t use regularly, the pain comes back so I try to be consistent for best results. YMMV. I would recommend these are a great value and have held up over several months so far.

Good product
I got no arch and my trainer told me to get this toe separator to help in my training, so my toes can spread out. Haven’t feel much difference so far but I’ll keep use it. I was worried about the plastic hurt my toes, it turns out the seperators are very soft! Yay

Life changing
These are game changers. I have been wearing them for awhile now and although in the beginning as the bones were moving it was painful, they are amazing, they actually work and they feel incredible. They are soft and pliable and fabulous!!

Sometimes it is a necessity to be a little uncomfortable ....
I recently noticed that my toes were doing strange things ... and hurting a little. I got these on amazon and I wear them faithfully .... be sure to wear socks over them .....

Easy to apply
They are easy to put on and take off. Difficult to walk in, can’t wear shoes with them. Seem to be straightening my toes a little
